| LHS ANNUAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND BOARD MEMBERS At the Annual LHS Meeting, the Officers of the LHS are selected by a nominating committee nominated by the President and approved by the Board. The nominating committee presents their slate to the general membership at the General Business meeting. If you wish to help in the selection process for any position in the LHS, contact the person of interest and find out if he/she would be willing to accept the honor of serving. Remember the job has many rewards and no pay! What else could one ask for? We welcome any and all suggestions! To better aid in the selection process please attend the annual meeting of the LHS. WE NEED YOU! Several positions are appointed by the Board for special needs and activities. The future meeting site is selected and approved at the General Business meeting. Planning makes it necessary to select the site 2 years in advance. Suggestions for site selection and those willing to plan the local logistics and aid with the program are welcome. |
